Our technology removes the molecules responsible for bitterness, decreasing the need for consumers to add unnecessary masking agents such as sugar.

Enhanced Nutrition

While the mushrooms are naturally degrading the bitter qualities of the coffee, they symbiotically infuse 1,3 1,6 beta-glucans directly into the coffee beans.

Mycotoxin Reduction

During the fermentation process the mushrooms also breakdown various toxins such as mycotoxins, aflatoxins and ochratoxins; some as much as 75%.
